Returns Policy

  1. Only credits are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, made an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.
  2. You may be entitled to a credit, provided you return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging and item being exactly as it was when you received it. This includes the return of the item in the original packaging including labels and tags still being attached in such a condition that we can place the item back for sale as new. 
  3. If the returned item is in a noticeably used condition, then a credit may not be offered. Clothing items may not be returned if they have been worn, or if the sewing tags have been removed.
  4. Return postage is at the buyers expense.
  5. We will issue you with a Credit Voucher to the value of the item excluding postage costs, once the item has been received by us. Credit allows you to purchase something different all together, after having viewed your original purchase. Once we have received your returned item or the refund has been approved according to your issue, we will then send you either notification of receipt of your item and/or an email issuing you a credit refund, which you can then use on a future purchase. You must also notify us within 14 calendar days from the date of your being dispatched from us of any damage or faults. After this time period, your products normal warranty applies. If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage with a photo if at all possible. Please also advise us of your name, contact details and order number.
  6. Some Products listed and sold through Urban Brats are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturer in accordance their warranty information provided on the listing. For items advertised and sold with manufacturers warranty, we would ask you to contact the manufacturer or supplier in the first instance for replacement or repair under their warranty terms. If the manufacturer is unable to comply, Urban Brars will refund you the purchase price for that item.
  7. We will refund any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back. We apologise for any inconvenience.
  8. Urban Brats will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
